The Retreat Experience

Each Heart & Body Yoga Retreat is thoughtfully curated to support nervous system regulation, embodied presence, and gentle reconnection with self. The retreats are held in small, intimate groups of 12–14 participants, allowing for personal attention and a sense of shared presence.

Daily rhythms include yoga and movement practices, guided meditation, music, silence, and hikes in the mountains — allowing space for rest, reflection, and integration.

There is no pressure to perform or achieve. You are invited to arrive just as you are.
