Hi, I’m Sarah Inkinen-Fritz.

I bring nearly 20 years of experience in corporate leadership across strategy, marketing, and commercial roles. As the founder of Cloud9, I am deeply passionate about bringing people together and creating moments of genuine connection. In Zermatt, I curate experiences that invite people to slow down, feel at ease, and connect more deeply—with themselves and others—while integrating music as a powerful medium for presence and connection.

Why I started Cloud9?

Friends have always said my superpower is being the connector - the host, the one who gathers people and makes them feel at home. But it was never only a social gift. In my pharmaceutical career, a vast, matrixed world where nothing moved without the right people in the same room, connecting across silos and bringing people together wasn't a soft skill on the side. It was how things actually got done. And it was where I was at my best.

For years it was simply part of who I was, at home and at work alike. Then it became something I couldn't ignore.

A few years ago, my husband and I got married in Zermatt, spontaneously, in just over two months - because all at once I understood something: time isn't endless. The people we love won't always be here. And there is nothing more precious than being together while we are.

So we gathered everyone we love, the Matterhorn watching over us, and a happiness so complete there's only one word for it: we were on cloud nine.

I didn't know it yet, but that was the day Cloud9 was born.

Today it's no longer just who I am, it's what I do. Cloud9 is the work I'm building my life around: not weddings, but experiences that bring people together. In the mountains, away from the noise, back to what matters. The slowing down. The coming up for air. The being truly present with one another, and with ourselves.

I feel deeply motivated by every opportunity to create that for others.
