Heartset Leadership Retreat

Presence, openness, and listening as a foundation for meaningful leadership

Heartset Leadership Retreats offer an intentional space to step out of performance mode and reconnect with presence, openness, and inner orientation.

Guided by music, listening practices, reflection, and time in nature, these retreats explore leadership from the inside out — supporting emotional intelligence, resonance, and authentic connection.

The Heartset Experience

Each Leadership Heartset Retreat is carefully curated to support presence, deep listening, and relational awareness. The retreats are held in very small groups of up to 10 participants, allowing for depth, attentiveness, and meaningful exchange.

The experience weaves together music, guided listening practices, group reflection, silence, and time in nature — creating space to explore leadership beyond strategy, role, or technique.

Rather than offering answers, the retreat invites inquiry, awareness, and authentic exchange.

Who is this for?

Leadership Heartset Retreats are for those who sense that meaningful leadership begins with presence, openness, and the ability to listen — to oneself and to others.

No musical background or formal leadership title is required — only openness, curiosity, and a willingness to engage.

The Setting

The retreats take place in the mountains of Zermatt, Switzerland, at the foot of the Matterhorn — a powerful natural environment that supports stillness, clarity, and connection.
