Off we go to Zermatt — one of the most beautiful places in Switzerland!
Over 2 unforgettable days, we’ll celebrate in style with your favorite people: surrounded by alpine scenery, hiking along breathtaking trails, relaxing in cozy mountain huts and enjoying every moment.

The experience is limited to just 1 event in 2026, ensuring a truly personal and high-quality celebration.

Who: An exclusive circle of your favorite people (15-20 people), joined by a small crew from Cloud 9 and WildSoulsUnited to make your event completely stress free.

How: We’ll hike alongside beautiful mountain trails, relax in cozy mountain huts and party in the vibrant village — everything is carefully organized for you from celebration schedule, restaurant reservations, food, drinks and hotels if you like. All you need to do is arrive, enjoy and celebrate!

What's included: Celebration route planning & program, food and drinks at restaurants, professional pictures of star mountain photographer Malin from Wild Souls United, a good mood and unforgettable moments - you just arrive, relax and celebrate!

Day 1

Start at Hotel Alex to tune in

After a scenic train ride to Zermatt, we meet at 6pm at Hotel Alex in Zermatt, one of the most traditional hotels and the best spot to welcome your guests and prepare for the ultimate celebration of the year. We will enjoy a multi-course meal in the hotel's own wine cellar, the most beautiful wine cellar in Zermatt. In the tradition of upscale Zermatt cuisine, the chefs create excellent dishes and menus from regional ingredients with finesse and sensitivity.

The wines are carefully selected by conductor and wine enthusiast Pietari Inkinen in consultation with the Hotel Alex Somelier team.

Day 2

From Zermatt to Chez Vrony, Findeln

Off to Findeln - a place where larches glow golden, meadows bloom, and the Matterhorn watches over. After a good rest and breakfast, we continue our celebration journey. Our destination is the mountain restaurant
Chez Vrony. The excellently rated traditional mountain restaurant is located high above Zermatt in the hamlet of Findeln, with sweeping views of the Matterhorn and the surrounding peaks.

The transformation of a small, spartan farmhouse in the high Alps into Chez Vrony is more than just a story. It also encapsulates the history of the past 100 years, chronicling the fortunes of the Julen family, life in Findeln, and Zermatt’s meteoric rise from remote mountain village to world famous tourist destination.

Vrony with Max and her team are the perfect hosts, brimming with genuine warmth and emotion. They will make you feel home and you will spend some unforgettable and happy moments with local produced foods and wines.

The Grand Finale

After a relaxing and delicious lunch with breathtaking views, we will make our way back to Zermatt. Following a short rest, it’s time for the grand finale - an unforgettable themed night at the Club Vernissage.

At this vibrant venue, you’ll dance, celebrate, and toast to life surrounded by friends, music, and Zermatt’s sparkling alpine energy. Whether you prefer to enjoy a crafted cocktail at the bar or hit the dance floor until late, the evening promises style, joy, and pure celebration.
