Leadership Heartset Retreat
26-28 June 2026, Zermatt
What is this retreat about?
In today’s leadership environment, we are rewarded for speed, control and constant-decision making. Many leaders got used to operate from the analytical mind alone: efficient, capable, but often disconnected from their own inner signals and from others. This leadership retreat focuses on ”Heartset” (beyond mindset), as the inner capacity that allows leaders to stay present, grounded and impactful under pressure. It complements mindset by strengthening emotional awareness, intuition, and embodied presence, the qualities that experienced leaders rely on when data, logic and strategy alone are not enough.
In practical terms, this retreat helps leaders to:
Stay calm and clear in demanding situations (learn about practical methods to regain presence in challenging situations)
listen more fully in complex conversations
sense what is really happening in a room
communicate with authenticity and impact
make decisions that align “mind and heart”
understand connection as a result - not a technique
Music, beautiful nature in the mountains, and evidence-based practices are used as tools to access these states in a direct, experiential way.
What Makes This Retreat Different?
This is not a traditional leadership seminar, therapy retreat, or emotional processing worksop.
It is grounded in neuroscience, psychology, and organizational research
It is experiential, not conceptual
It uses the power of music as a non-verbal training tool to develop presence, resonance, and conscious intention - the inner conditions needed to create impact beyond tools, techniques and mindset.
It takes place in a small group to allow depth, reflection, and personal integration.
Participants learn not by discussing leadership — but by experiencing the inner conditions from which effective leadership naturally emerges.
What does the Format of the Retreat look like?
The retreat combines:
guided development sessions
music-led presence and listening exercises (live music performed by professional musicians)
nature walks and gentle hikes
personal time including restorative time in the spa
space for reflection and integration
Who It Is For
For leaders and executives who look for a complementary way to lead, not only from the head but also from the heart.
For all the people who have some affinity to the world of music and enjoy the sense of connection that music can create.
