Cloud9 was founded by Sarah Inkinen-Fritz with the idea of creating experiences that bring people together through connection, care, and a sense of ease — moments that feel genuinely special and deeply personal.

Before founding Cloud9 Experiences, Sarah spent nearly two decades at Hoffmann-La Roche, working in global strategy and marketing, market analytics, and sales. This background built a strong foundation in strategic planning, project leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration — capabilities that now shape every Cloud9 experience with clarity, structure, and thoughtful execution.
